Lucie Hale

Children's Ministries Director

Our Kids love Lucie Hale. She is one of the few adults who has as much energy as the most rambunctious kid in High Voltage Kidz Church. Every Sunday morning is filled with high energy worship and praise, interactive messages, and a few surprises in the Children's Chapel.

Ms. Lucie also coordinates our mid-week Girls Ministries Club, which meet weekly on Wednesday nights at 7pm. These programs are set up by age and grade groupings starting with boys and girls in Pre-K, and going all the way from kindergarten through high school for girls. There are currently 21 regular leaders who teach, mentor, and develop relationships with the 80+ kids attending our Girls Ministries program.

Ms. Lucie's leadership style is not just one of overseeing the volunteers directly involved with weekly teaching, but also jumping in head first, wherever there is a need. We have been truly blessed to have a retention rate among our volunteers, of about 85%. This is a credit not only to the hands-on ministry of Ms. Lucie, but also the quality of the program, and the sincere desire of our leaders to truly impact the kids of this generation.

Ms. Lucie graduated from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1986 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business. She then obtained her Masters of Education degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1987. She also completing several Certified Studies in Children's Ministries through Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania and has achieved the Gold Level of Certification for Girls Ministries, through the Assemblies of God National Girls Ministries Department.

Ms. Lucie cares deeply about the children and volunteers entrusted to her through children's ministries. Her vision is to plant seeds of transformation in the lives of our children, families, and friends, drawing them into a lifelong, fully devoted relationship with Christ.
